Kelly Slater: Cameron & I Are 'Just Friends'

Though Kelly Slater and Cameron Diaz have been spending time together recently, the surfing champ says not to read too much into their relationship.

"We're just friends," Slater told PEOPLE last week at the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Tournament, adding that he and Diaz, both 34, met "a few years ago" when he appeared on her MTV show Trippin'. (He joined her for a 2005 conservation expedition to Honduras.)

Asked how Diaz is doing in the wake of her recent split from Justin Timberlake, Slater said: "She's doing well."

Slater, an eight-time world champion surfer, and Diaz were spotted catching some waves together in Hawaii last month. Though Slater calls his native Florida home, he also has a house on Oahu's North Shore.

At Pebble Beach, he also said that golfing has been valuable when it comes to riding the waves. "It helps remind you when you're not doing so well that there's always another hit," he said. "And that's true of surfing too."


So basically they are fuck buddies. Well at least his business is big...

Britney Spears had one helluva wild weekend in NYC , but Saturday night's vomitfest could be the topper. Brit started her weekend in high gear by showing up at club Tenjune at midnight Saturday and partied until 3:30 AM -- but the excitement came after she left. After Spears was ushered from her SUV to her hotel, the waiting crowd noticed that Brit's ride was covered with puke! Her lost weekend didn't end there. Brit was also seen heading into Club One, sporting a hoochie mama red dress, and once again being shielded from photogs.

Why the fuck doesn't Mama Spears do anything about her slutty whore of a daughter? Bitch is gonna get her kids taken away from her! These nightly outings are just gonna be used as hard evidence in her custody battle with K-Fed.

Sienna Miller Rages after the BAFTA'S

Sienna Miller celebrated Bafta night by partying through to breakfast - proving there is definitely life after Jude Law.

The actress carried on clubbing until 5am, an impressive feat especially given she was not even up for an award.

Miller, 25, had earlier insisted to fellow guests at the glittering film ceremony: "It's a Sunday night, I'm taking it easy - there's no hard partying for me tonight."

Justin Timberlake partied so hard at his bash Friday night at Avalon, he couldn't make it to perform at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy bash at the Beverly Hills Hilton Saturday night. "Justin is sick," Davis told the crowd. "He is home with a 103-degree temperature." One spy in the crowd snickered, "He didn't look so sick to me when he was out partying at five this morning." Smokey Robinson filled in for the chart topper by crooning "My Girl." Dancing in the crowd was Nick Lachey - who spent the night trying to avoid his ex-father-in-law, Joe Simpson, who was there escorting his surgically enhanced youngest daughter, Ashlee Simpson. "Ashlee was flirting with J.C. Chasez," said one spy, "but it's creepy how the dad is always around." Jessica Simpson was not there, despite an appearance by her rumored boyfriend, John Mayer. "She didn't want to run into Nick," another spy said, "it would be too awkward." Also enjoying performances by Pink, Akon, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Hudson were Meg Ryan, Terrence Howard, a sober Whitney Houston, Naomi Campbell and her date Quincy Jones and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi.
