Alicia Silverstone is Green

Clueless star Alicia Silverstone is into healthy eating and living close to nature – but that wasn't always the case.

"Steak and doughnuts" were among her staples before she cleaned up her eating habits and went vegan, she tells the new InStyle Home.

"Now I'm a total health nut," says Silverstone, 30. "I don't get sick very often and when I do it's for a short period."

She attributes her health to her diet and active lifestyle. "It's empowering to know that you're responsible for how you feel each day because of the way you treat your body."

One of her favorite workouts? Jumping on the trampoline in the backyard of the Los Angeles home she shares with her husband, musician Christopher Jarecki, 36. "It's great exercise and really makes you giggle," she says.

She's also passionate about being environmentally responsible. She drives a hybrid car, uses energy-efficient appliances and light bulbs and has solar panels on the roof of her house.

"I love living this way," she says. "It's so satisfying and inspiring."

HOLLYWOOD - Lindsay Lohan is denying press reports suggesting she and Britney Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, are a new item after spending a steamy afternoon together in a Los Angeles hotel.

New tabloid reports claim Federline spent the night with Lohan at the Raffles L'Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills last week after she phoned him and invited the rapper to join her for a drink.

Sources tell the National Enquirer, "Kevin and Lindsay are dating, and Lindsay made the first move.

"Kevin met Lindsay through Britney, and they were always flirtatious with each other."

The insiders claim Federline was invited to "talk business" with Lohan and he thought the meeting with Lohan would be about a film project.

Lohan reportedly suggested the pair speak in private after Federline turned up with his manager, and then retired to her suite with the newly divorced father.

The publication claims the couple made love. Lohan denies the story.

Hollywood actresses LINDSAY LOHAN and KEIRA KNIGHTLEY will set screens alight when they film a steamy threesome for their new movie BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES, according to reports. The film, about Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, will see Lohan portray Thomas' wife Caitlin MacNamara, while Knightley will star as the poet's childhood friend, Vera Phillips. And lead actor Matthew Rhys has tantalised male fans by hinting at a "menage a trois" involving the two beauties. He says, "There will be a bit of a menage a trois scene going on. I hope I'm up for it!"

Actress/model Jenny McCarthey has opened up about her four-year old son Evan’s autism after revealing she’s planning to release a new book all about dealing with the developmental disability. The former Playboy pin-up has revealed her son is “hypersensitive to air and water” on her website IndigoMoms.com and she’s determined to help educate parents and teachers about autism. She says, “I want our children to start each day in silent meditation. I want organic cafeterias, outdoor class sessions… I want it all.” McCarthy, 34, will reveal all about her own struggles with her son’s autism in new book Louder Than Words: A Mother’s Journey In Healing Autism. She tells In Touch magazine, “It’s a heartbreaking story about a serious health issue.”

Rocker Richie Sambora's 13-year marriage to actress Heather Locklear is over. Los Angeles Superior Court dissolved the marriage after divorce papers were filed on Wednesday. The papers read, "Marital status or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons."

The couple split last year and have one child, daughter Ava.
