Brit Brit Checks Out of Rehab Again!

Sources tell ET that BRITNEY SPEARS left Promises residential treatment center in Malibu, CA early this morning -- less than 24 hours after checking into the facility.

Following the news that she was in rehab, her manager LARRY RUDOLPH released a statement Tuesday, saying, "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

It all started over the weekend, when Britney made headlines by taking a pair of electric shears to her head and shaving off all of her hair. The mom of two small children visited a Tarzana, Calif. hair salon on Friday, and asked veteran stylist ESTHER TOGNOZZI to shave her head.

"All of a sudden there were people knocking on my door saying, 'Open the door,' and they said Britney Spears needs to come in," Tognozzi tells ET.

"She sat on my chair and wanted her hair shaved off and I said, 'I'm not doing it,'" she continues. "I said, 'Maybe you're having, you know, a hormonal moment [and] tomorrow will be different, let's talk about it,' and she said, 'No I want my hair shaved off.'" When Tognozzi hesitated, Brit used a pair of electric clippers to shave her hair off herself. "[She] came over and sat in this chair ... and proceeded shaving off her hair."

The songstress was then spotted at a Los Angeles-area tattoo parlor, where she got two new pieces of body art.

This shocking move comes on the heels of People magazine's report that last week the singer checked in and abruptly checked out of ERIC CLAPTON's Crossroads Centre, a rehab facility in Antigua, leaving after just one day and returning to Southern California on Friday.

Ever since separating from Federline in November, Britney has been making headlines for her party-hopping and no-panty-wearing ways.

Besides being caught numerous times by paparazzi flashing her goods while getting in and out of her rides, she has also been spotted everywhere, from Malibu to Las Vegas to New York City, making the rounds at the hottest clubs.

First she was seen out a number of times with PARIS HILTON. Soon that friendship reportedly fizzled, and Britney started spending time with ISAAC COHEN until their reported recent split.

Naomi Watts has a bun in the oven. The Aussie actress, 38, is pregnant with her boyfriend of several years, Liev Schreiber, sources said. Us Weekly caught the blond bombshell at Pastis this weekend looking "visibly pregnant. Liev was smiling and looking at her stomach. They were cute." Schreiber and Watts have wanted a baby for some time now, friends told Page Six, and "no one would be surprised if they married soon, but kept it quiet like Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams." A rep for Watts declined comment.

Today's celebrity baby mystery is the strange case of Christina Aguilera. An employee of Beverly Hills kids' boutique Bellini tells us the singer was twittering about a new pregnancy when she stopped in for a $3,000 shopping spree Saturday.

"She came in with her husband Jordan Bratman, and he sat in one of the big chairs and let her do her shopping," a clerk told us yesterday. "They said they don't know what they're having."

But Aguilera says this is news to her. "She said it is not true and she wasn't in Bellini," her spokeswoman says.

The store employee, who says the Aguilera-like paid for her purchases in cash, insists she spoke to her about it personally.

"They seemed really excited. She was talking to [another customer] and she said she took a home pregnancy test and that it was positive. She kept saying they'd have to come back when they knew the sex of the baby," the worker told us.

In Touch magazine first got news of the apparent visit to Bellini. They report her $3,000 shopping spree included "a dozen Petit Bateau onesies at $20 each, several $90 little Giraffe blankets, a $350 Mia Bossi polkadot diaper bag and a Peg Perego stroller."

Britney to Hand Over the Kids to her Mom

Britney Spears is reportedly considering making her mum, Lynne, the legal custodian of her two sons to prevent their father Kevin Federline getting custody of the boys.

Kevin pledged to fight for custody of 17 months old Sean and 5 month old Jayden when Britney specified she wanted full legal and physical custody when she filed for divorce last November. According to the Sun, his legal team have been closely watching Britney’s constant partying since then in order to portray her as a bad mother when the case comes to court.

Lynne Spears arrived in Los Angeles last week to supplement the care given to the boys by nannies. A source told the newspaper: “Britney has called in her mum to make sure nobody can accuse her of neglecting her children. She is terrified that Kevin will take them.”

In related news, an onlooker has revealed that Britney nearly broken down in tears on Friday when she thought she’d missed her flight to Los Angeles.

After leaving rehab, Britney was spotted running through Miami International Airport to catch a flight to Los Angeles but when she arrived at the gate, she found that the flight was closed and the walkway had already been retracted from the plane.

A passenger at the adjoining gate told People magazine: “She was really upset. She [said] to the ticket agent, ‘I’ve got to get on this plane to get home to my kids.’ She looked like she was about to cry.”

The agent then called through to the pilot, who let Britney board the American Airlines flight. Britney gave the ticket agent an autograph then smiled and waved at the onlookers, saying “God bless.”

An American Airlines spokesperson told the magazine that allowing late arrivals on board is not unusual as long as the flight isn’t delayed.

A stunning video shows a barely functional Anna Nicole Smith, stammering and stuttering, as Howard K. Stern rhapsodizes about how much money the clip will be worth.

The tape, which aired Monday night on Greta Van Susteren's show on FOX News Channel, shows an eight-month pregnant Smith, her face painted like a clown and clearly stoned out of her mind. As she talks to a doll in a baby carriage as if it's real, Stern repeatedly says, "Is this a mushroom trip?" He then adds, "I'm kidding."

Another part of the tape shows Smith even more out of it. Stern's comment: "This footage is worth money."
